Leadership

Our leaders wanted to provide children with an option to receive a meaningful learning experience that develops the intellectual, emotional, and social skills that each student needs to create a purposeful life and to be able to guide them through the process of identifying themselves with the values they want to uphold while having a positive impact on society.

Educators

The educational experience at Trinus is based on one hundred years of a proven methodology grounded in the Waldorf Pedagogy. A Trinus Educator inspires his or her students to be the best version of themselves. He or She creates a safe and nurturing educational environment; works to meet the individual learning needs of his/her students; maintains a classroom structure that supports routines and rhythm for learning; motivates students to engage in their learning; teams with parents to understand the emotional, behavioral, and academic needs of his/her students; opens his/her mind and heart to connect on all levels to better support student learning.
